The committee completed the analysis of the 2021 Salary Survey and presented the data at the National AALAS meeting in Louisville, KY. The committee has developed a salary calculator that takes into multiple variables such as experience, geographic location and years of experience to help determine potential salary range based on 2020 annual salary data. The slides presented at AALAS and the salary calculator can be found in the Members Only section of the website.

The Committee is currently working on the 2023 Salary survey and is planning to administer the survey just ahead of the 2023 ACLAM forum and keep it open for approximately 1 month. Please be on the look-out for the survey and encourage other colleagues to participate. The Committee has set aggressive timelines to get the data analyzed and the salary calculator updated for publication no later than AALAS 2023 so that current data can be available to the community.
